Management:

For helicopter owners and/or equipment that needs to be put out for commercial purposes, we are able to add you to our 135 Air Carrier Certificate. After a complete review of all logbooks and records, a conformity inspection is completed by the FAA and your equipment is added to our Certificate. We will then train your pilot or you can chose to utilize our pilots and through our leaseback program have your helicopter generate revenue.

Maintenance Management:

Complete oversight of your maintenance including;
Logbook review: We will comprise a Component & Inspection Status Report (CISR), which provides complete tracking for all components, rotables (Engine, Main Rotor & Tail Rotor Transmissions etc..), Inspections, Airworthiness Directive’s (A.D.’s), Service Bulletin’s (SB’s) and ICA’s (Instructions for Continued Airworthiness) for installed equipment.

Flight Log updates: If client provides us with their monthly flight times and we will update your information and supply you with a new summary sheet for your Flight Log.

VCM – Vertical Complete Maintenance/Management:

This custom program is all inclusive and encompasses 135 management, maintenance management including engine and drive train components on "Power By the Hour" (PBH). All major components are covered to keep your operating costs at a flat line with no surprises. You pay a monthly flat fee per flight hour based on the options and coverage you select and we take care of the rest.
